Personalized Candles — Final Sale

Because each of our candles is custom-made and personalized to your specifications, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed, we immediately begin crafting your unique piece, so we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Before submitting your order, please carefully review the spelling and details of your personalization. We create your candle exactly as you enter it, so we want to make sure it's perfect for you!

Candle Safety & Responsible Use

We want you to enjoy your Honey Glow candles safely. Please follow these important guidelines for proper candle care:

Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Keep candles away from flammable objects, pets, and children.

Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn to prevent soot and uneven burning.

Place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

Avoid burning candles for more than 3-4 hours at a time.

Do not burn a candle all the way down — discontinue use when 1/2 inch of wax remains.

Always allow candles to cool completely before handling or moving them.

Ensure proper ventilation when burning candles indoors.
